Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original Bosideng tags and anti-counterfeit labels attached inside the original shipping box or a secure alternative.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
